Madlen Sarkissian is an excellent cello instructor. I am an adult student, a college professor, who appreciates a good instructor. Madlen listens to what my needs are in the way of what I want to study, how much i am willing to practice and she is flexible in working around my busy schedule. Madlen's method of instruction is very nurturing, meeting my needs yet challenging me to assure an increase in competency. She is a very accomplished and entusiastic teacher,always providing me with positive reinforcment sa that I know I am progressing. I enjoy the time I spend playing my instruments and knowbMadlen's talent as a teacher will guide me as I continue this very pleasurable diversion to my usual daily routine.

Why cello ?
The cello’s sonorous and vibrant tone make it the most magnificent and lyrical instrument. With its deep and velvet tones the cello is the closest to the human voice instrument, following the inflection of speech and song. That make the cello unique and attempting children and adult to study it.

Dear Parent,
Music has always been an essential part of my life. For tirty years now, I have dedicated most of my time and attentions to practicing cello. I would like to share this passion for music with students.
I believe taiking music lessons is extremely important stage in development of a child
not only to improve the musical qualities, but also to enrich there experience and develop there personality.
When your children are involved in the process of maiking music they learn to analyze
and to plan a sequence of action to achieve their goals. They also learn to evaluate their own work. The benefits of taiking music lessons are to improve coordination and memory increase mental concentration , high self-esteem and all approach in a structured way.
These are great habits an invaluable experience that will help them not only in all aspects of their development, but also in there adult life.
My goal is to help bring out the talent of each individual.
All of my cello teachers were outstanding performers and I believe that a performing teacher has a great deal to offer to her students.

Why adult ?
Only an adult have the appreciation of the beauty and the power of the music to enrich our lives and understand better ourselves.
Mrs. Sarkissian offers private cello lessons to all age groups (children and adults), from beginner through advanced level.
Lessons include study basic , different cello tekniik and stroks, music teory and lots of fun plaing duets. The program is develop and individualized dependence of the student’s goals.
